Silike (UK) Ltd represents the UK interests of Silike s.r.o. Keramika Decin, based in the Czech Republic.
Refractory materials have been produced in Decin for more than one hundred years and the factory was built in 1889 as the Bodenbach plant of the Didier Group. Silike was established in 1992 and produces 8,000 tonnes of fired aluminosilicate, cordierite and silicon carbide refractory materials each year.
Our refractory products are principally used for the lining of kilns and kiln cars within the heavy clay and ceramic industries.
